Energy-efficient and ready to use in seconds – our Fan-Filter-Module LA

While some suppliers specify their modules with a ‘very low’ power consumption of 300 W at 0.45 m/s or do not even mention the electrical power consumption, the FFM-LA from COLANDIS manages with just 35 W. The compact height of just 295 mm also makes it perfect for use in cleanrooms that are installed in existing buildings later on.

Simple mounting system enables quick assembly and maintenance

Optimum air filtration is achieved by installing HEPA H14 HEPA filters as standard. In addition, the powder coating (RAL 9010 pure white) of the housing guarantees very good chemical resistance to disinfectants and UV radiation.

The filter, which can be replaced on the cleanroom side, is clamped in the gas-tight housing without tools. This makes it very easy to install and replace the filter, as the swirl outlet can be folded down without the need for lengthy screwing. Connections for feeding a test aerosol for differential pressure measurement are also provided.

Various applications thanks to modularity

By replacing the swirl diffuser with a laminariser (CG distributor) or a perforated plate and, if necessary, a ULPA U16 HEPA filter, this module can also be used for cleanrooms in the high-tech industry with low-turbulence displacement flow.

The FFM-LA fan-filter module can optionally be supplied with an ePM1.0 50 % pre-filter.
