Cleaning of components
Overview processes of cleaning and examining
Cleaning using ultrasonic sound for single parts or small production runs
- cleaning in 7 steps, 2x ultrasonic sound and 5x rinsing bath in deionised water, maximum sizes of parts (420 x 220 x 200)mm, cleanser depends on material and use
- drying in a drying oven for parts max. (550 x 450 x 650)mm
- packaging suitable for clean rooms under conditions of a class 5 according to DIN-EN-ISO 14644 (bag in bag)
Cleaning using ultrasonic sound for single parts
- cleaning in 3 steps, 1x ultrasonic sound and 2x rinsing bath in deionised water, maximum sizes of parts (440 x 240 x 130)mm, cleanser depends on material and demand / use
- drying in air stream (comparable to a class 1)
- the parts using black light and examination of the type according to the holistic method, using a surface probe and a particle counter (particles ≥ 0,3 µm) for certain surface geometries
- packaging suitable for clean rooms under clean room conditions class 3 and better (bag in bag)
Mechanical cleaning of single parts and components
- mechanical cleaning of parts and components under conditions of an CR-class ISO 8, ISO 5 and ISO 3 (and better)
- max. size of the parts and components as agreed
- max. weight of single parts as agreed
- examination of the parts using black light and examination of the type according to the holistic method, using a surface probe and a particle counter (particles ≥ 0.3 µm) for certain surface geometries
- packaging suitable for clean rooms under clean room conditions (RR-class depending on sizes and weights of single parts)
Examination of the pollution degree of parts and components
- use of the holistic method according to VDI (Association of German Engineers) 2083 sheet 9.1 (12/06) and proof of particles ≥ 0.1µm
- direct examination of the surface cleanness using a surface probe according to VDI (Association of German Engineers) 2083 sheet 9.1 (12/06) and proof of particles ≥ 0.3µm
- evaluation and verification record
- evaluation and certification in cooperation with TÜV-SÜD (Technical Inspection Authority, department south), (measuring at COLANDIS’ premises)
