The standard hard wall cabins by COLANDIS^® are used to generate local clean-air areas where, depending on personal behavior, particle generation by working processes and the environmental conditions at the site up to Class 6 air cleanliness (according to ISO 14644) will be reached. The modular structured hard wall cabin consists of at least one initial and a final module. The number of expansion modules used between both depends on the desired length of the clean room. The modules are available in two different widths and heights. They consist of an aluminium frame system combined with PVC rigid foam panels, perforated sheets at the lower region and safety glass at eye level.
The clean air is supplied by fan-filter modules (FFM) whose air flow can be optimized using the speed controller. The speed controller, the switch for the lights, the switch box for electrical connection of the hard wall cabin to the building system and the entrance door to the cabin are parts of the initial module. Further doors, light switches and speed controllers for separate operation of individual cabin areas can be installed optionally.
