Customized Cleanrooms
The COLANDIS® modular cleanroom system "ModSys" is a special solution for companies, who have to manufacture their sensitive products under cleanroom conditions. "ModSys" is a combination of an aluminium profile system and corresponding panel elements, whose material is free selectable. This combination is suitable for the design and manufacturing of cleanrooms, cleanroom cabins with solid (Hardwall) and flexible (Softwall) walls and cleanroom ceilings and partition walls as well.
COLANDIS® provides customized cleanroom solutions for your high quality claim.
Different requirements on clean air quality can be meet by a corresponding number of fan-filter units installed on the cleanroom ceiling and individual setting of the air flow capacity, as well. The confirmation of the air cleanliness class according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 by COLANDIS® is understood.
The installation of staff and material airlocks and workbenches made from the same material combination completes the cleanroom system "ModSys".
