The Mobile Clean Room Boxes  MRB produce a local clean room that may be required for the manufacturing, assembly and testing of sophisticated products with a high quality standard.
The substantially dust-free environment has a positive effect on the stability of processes and the quality of manufactured parts and assemblies, and thus contributes also to increase the effectiveness and reduce costs. Precondition is always that the investment in a clean room is in an economic relationship with the intended purpose. Especially for sub-processes and for the manufacture or assembly of small and very small parts, it suffices to have only a local work space that provides the needed clean environments.
For MRB, cleaning the air in the working space is done by a low-noise fan filter module. The air flow leads the particles resulting from the work process away from the product and prevents the penetration of suspended particles from the air of the surrounding area.
The Mobile Cleanroom Box MRB is designed that it can be placed on a suitable existing workbench.  The air flow is adjustable with an integrated speed controller.
