Clean air workstations
The immediate area the human being works in is supplied with cleanest air at clean air workstations. Thus a high degree of purity can be reached at defined locally limited production sites at reasonable costs. Clean air workplaces are also meaningful for particularly sensitive production and measuring tasks within clean rooms.
Clean air workstations (e.g. standard workstations)
generally consist of a worktop, the housing and one or more fan filter modules, which supply the working area made up by the worktop and the housing with the cleanest air.
Besides these complete clean air workstations more variants are offered by COLANDIS.
Ceiling modules
are devices fixed on the ceiling of the room, either permanent or movable, which – equipped with filter fan modules – supply workbenches / work-tables with cleanest air from above.
Table housings
are adjusted to tables / workbenches existing at the customer’s premises. Fan filter modules supply the workstation with a horizontal or vertical stream of cleanest air.
Mobile clean room boxes (MRB)
stand out due to their local variability. They consist of a PMMA body and a built-in fan filter module which produces a horizontal stream of cleanest air. The customer can adjust these easily to existing tables or tables supplied by COLANDIS.
Glove boxes
are closed workstations. Access is possible only through gas-tight gloves. Inside the glove box fan filter modules are used to create a high degree of purity or a protective atmosphere is created by leading inert gas in.
